Software Engineer
• Develop, prototype and test new algorithms for image processing, remote sensing and sensor simulations.
• Identify and solve technical problems by analyzing algorithm performance, input data, and software implementation.
• Work closely with government analysts and other government contractor employees applying Areté tools within a larger team environment performing critical intelligence operations.
• Communicate analysis needs within Areté Associates and identify requirements for next-generation products.
• Perform advanced image processing applications such as 3D reconstruction and data fusion for electro-optical (visual & infrared) sensors, radar and lidar. Exploit signal processing for remote sensing applications, including detection and classification of weak signals in clutter.
• Perform physics-based modeling for sensor and other applications.
