POSITION – CUSTOMER CONTRACT MANAGER
LOCATION – RTP, NC
DURATION – 6 MONTHS +
TYPE – CONTRACT

This role is a combination of Sales Support, Customer Service and Purchase Order Administration. The scope of this role encompasses transactional management of individual work with a high degree of emphasis placed on PO issuance, deal reconciliation, customer service and service delivery. Primary responsibilities are directed toward individual assignments with cross-team/territory collaboration to achieve team, territory and theater targets.

Primary Responsibilities:
o Establish and maintain relationship to ensure customer satisfaction
o Resolve Issues or escalate unresolved issues
• Ensure timely and accurate PO administration
o authorization of purchase order issuance
o issuance of POA Acknowledgement to partner
• Reconcile deals in the lease/loan financing system;
o input, update, and maintain information accuracy and integrity
o ensure equipment install locations and serial numbers are captured
o ensure deal is in compliance with policies and procedures prior to funding
• Ensure proper and timely document handling and storage
• Track invoices received against PO, prepare deals for funding, and manage PFI reconciliations
• Partner with Center of Excellence for Order submittal and authorize release of credit hold (direct or indirect)
• Coordinate compliance requests
• Support Center of Excellence team to resolve any issues relating to data entry
• Support Customer Contract Mgr and Client Relations Mgr to resolve customer related issues
• Participate/lead special projects, training, or development of processes & procedures as needed
• Achieve ongoing personal/professional development goals

Education/Experience
• BS degree and 4 years of related experience or CPA/MBA and 2 years of related experience or 6 years of relevant experience.
• Leasing operations knowledge and experience, or relevant experience in commercial lending environment
• Able to present, organize, and convey complex problems or issues within and across other functions and with client groups; partners with client groups in a team setting to provide business solutions
• Effective interpersonal communication skills
• Customer service and relationship management skills
• Understands the Client's business objectives and its impact on client group´s processes and deliverables
• Helps informally structure teams and tasks; may provide technical guidance across other functions and to client groups
• Exercises judgment within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques of obtaining solutions: making decisions using broad guidelines
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Effective time management and prioritization abilities
• Proficient in the use of MS Office suite of tools
