Title: Business Analyst
Location: San Jose, CA
Duration: 6 mos+ (renewable per quarter)
We are currently hiring for a Business Analyst with very good client facing skills.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Interface internal and external stakeholders and business partners to understand tools, policies and processes
- Coordinate with business analysts, Subject Matter Experts, and support teams
- Manage Project Planning, Control and Reporting for End to End Deal Management
- Manage the issue resolution process and take corrective action as necessary
- Prepare decks and present as necessary
- Capture process mapping in Visio
- Ensure any new process maps created are within guidelines
- Run, analyze and summarize reports as needed
- Enumerate, analyze, catalog and suggest improvements to the support processes of the contract and deal management areas
- Work across organizations to assist in identifying, documenting and understanding key end-to-end business processes and definitions.
- Collaborate on BRDs and Change Requests when needed
- Support Team with research, presentations and meeting support as needed
- Coordinate and run meetings, including reviewing recordings and taking minutes
- Review and edit training materials and communications, including recommended enhancements
- Capture the tactical and strategic business goals
- User Test functionality when required
- Support additional Adoption Accountability goals and projects when required
- Excellent communication skills.
