Title: Data Analyst (HR)
Location: San Jose, CA
Duration: 6 mos+
This consultant will be supporting projects which impacts data maintenance and analysis on the HRIS, including mass updates for configurations, analyze, maintain and troubleshooting.
- 5+ professional experience as a Data Analyst with background in Configuration and Requirement Gathering Skills.
- Maintenance of configurations will be primary role and use of Oracle Web ADI´s to update data (spreadsheet format).
- Ability to analyze data or change requests to ensure the changes will not cause any problems and that they follow any standard business rules defined by Business Teams.
- Understanding of Oracle HRMS and how the employee screens function a plus
- Additional knowledge of OTL (Oracle Time and Labor) or OAM (Oracle Absence Management)a plus
- Ability to work with stake holders to gather requirements and perform impact analysis.
- Ability to talk to Business users to translate business needs to configuration needs. Ability to work with Engineering teams when requirements include code changes.
- Document the requirements and do data analysis
- May need to work with HR team to provide updates on new configurations
- Support other teams in testing or data staging
