Position Overview: Channel Impact is seeking a mid-level Channel Incentive Program Manager to support our high tech client's effort to grow their mid-size customer segment.
This is a W2 opportunity with Channel Impact.



Responsibilities Include:

• Manage business development efforts to drive incremental sales of new Solutions through resale channels, by creating, executing and managing a series of global incentive programs.

• Play a key role in helping develop and implement global and region specific channel offers and promotions.

• Collaborate with global stakeholders to design and implement offers and promotions, and seek internal approval for proposed programs.

• Proactively provide reports to the client's global stakeholders to provide insights in to the impact of targeted promotions. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand what reports they need and establish a regular cadence to prepare reports to proactively meet their needs.

• Work to help solve challenging issues. In this role you will work closely with stakeholders to gather and evaluate information from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high level information into details and level up information for general overviews. The client will expect you to provide insight in to what the numbers are telling you.

• In this position you will have the opportunity to provide objective alternatives to improve overall business performance. This position involves an emphasis on finance and business analysis in a fast-paced environment of continuous change.


• In addition, this candidate will have the ability to present, organize, and convey problems and solutions taking into account the client´s business needs.

• The ideal candidate is highly flexible, comfortable with large amounts of information, adept at managing expectations, and able to set and adjust priorities as needed while working with the client.


Skill Sets and Experience:
• 5+ years of experience working with channel promotions and incentives
• Strong program management skills
• Advanced to expert level Excel user (marcos, pivot tables)
• Experienced working in the channel or sales is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast paced, ever changing environment with little direction
• BS in finance, accounting or economics
