The Contractor shall ensure that its staff assigned to perform the services in this contract have, at a minimum the following experience:
Product Support Experience
5 years of experience performing business process analysis and reporting
3 years of experience with face-to-face training in a classroom and online or remote environment
3 years of producing business or technical documentation related to requirements, specifications, traceability matrices, design, process and data flow diagrams, data migration, testing, and training
2 years of experience gathering and documenting user requirements
2 years of experience communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences
1 year of experience validating user requirements, provide written test plans, verify product functionality and coordinate testing activities
