Position Overview:

Channel Impact is seeking a full time channel marketing program manager to provide key program and project management support to named Service Provider route to market partners. In this role, you will be working with a variety of teams across organizations to execute the program framework, coordinate marketing and demand generation activities.

The ideal candidate will have working with Orange and British Telecom and has a combination of program, project management and tactical organizational skills as well as a comfort level communicating with participants and stakeholders from a variety of backgrounds. This is a great opportunity for someone with relevant experience to hone their project management skills in a position that has significant visibility and measurable impact across the enterprise. Understanding of Service Provider business models and managed services is required.

-Works directly with channel partners on marketing plans and activities.

-Works with account managers and field marketing managers to deliver innovative programs that increase awareness, generate leads, strengthen channel relationships and builds sales opportunities

-Executes and communicates programs that enhance the client's account penetration rates and drive revenue in a market/channel segment(s)

-Leads the project management of multiple programs simultaneously

-Interacts with 3rd party vendors and partners

-Effectively interacts, plans, and executes with cross-functional teams within Cisco

-Defines and executes programs positioned against competitors

-Tracks and manages budget

-Provides reporting

Skill Sets:

-Proven track record of working with service providers

-5-10 years of channel marketing experience

-Experience with British Telecom, Century Link and Orange is a plus

-Typically requires BS/BA degree or equivalent plus

-Strong marketing background with responsibilities for multiple, broad based marketing initiatives.

-Market/Channel expertise, ideally with global experience.

-Strong networking technology foundation specific to product lines and segments of focus.

-Specific industry experience with a good understanding of networking.

-Understanding of and experience in developing and executing programs to a market/channel segment.

-Works with only minimal management participation.

-Strong written, oral, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

-Strong project management, negotiation and decision-making skills.

-Excellent follow-through and ability to track and communicate ROI

-Flexibility in a fast-paced, changing environment.
