Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is looking for a Marcom Specialist, Smart Solutions to join our clients' Global Marketing Corporate Communications team. The Specialist for Smart Solutions will work directly with other marketing communications managers to execute campaign deliverables and will project manage multiple marcom plans and initiatives. The ideal consultant has high energy, is self-motivated and can advance projects with minimal day to day guidance. Seeking a Specialist who is results oriented with great follow-through, is culturally sensitive and an open listener. Must be a creative problem solver, have the ability to foster a good working relationship with peers, have excellent follow-through and flexibility in a changing environment.
Specific responsibilities include:
Digital content editing/team approval
Sales training production
Internal and external communication plans
Campaign integration
Video production
Customer case study development
Social media integration
External vendor/agency management
Skills:
3-5 years of relevant marketing communications experience for at least one large company
Project management experience in the development of marketing collateral, messaging, campaign integration, brand compliance or audience targeting
Proven success working in cross-functional, cross-cultural, and virtual teams
Have a proven ability to drive projects forward in a rapidly changing environment
Excellent interpersonal skills; proactive at building relationships across teams to problem-solve
Able to juggle multiple projects and manage input from multiple marcom leads
Flexible outlook on how to get things done; looks for ways to bring synergy to divergent goals, and overall alignment to corporate priorities
Experience and familiarity with the value of brand guidelines and compliance; able to manage corporate content review process in partnership with brand team
Experience and familiarity with marketing content for the web, collateral, video, events, and/or developing compelling messages for partner offers to customers
Experience with value-centric messaging and writing
Skilled at working through complexity; comfortable making recommendations with only 70% of the necessary information
Experience working with demanding or difficult clients; ability to set expectations for a productive team dynamic
Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
Skilled with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel
Competence with basic web design, navigation, and linking concepts
Proven experience engaging and developing collaborative relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders
Good listener and able to influence key stakeholders
Bachelors' degree in Marketing, Communications or similar
Familiarity with networking technology and industry a plus
Partner or Channel marketing experience is a plus
Rate: D.O.E., as a w2 employee of Crawford Group (benefits available)
Location: Onsite at client offices in San Jose, CA or WFH/ remote, depending on experience
Hours/duration: Full time consulting
