Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is seeking a full time/permanent Client Delivery/Project Manager for our client in Redwood City. Our client provides consulting and training services in all aspects of sales, marketing, and people development.
For each client engagement, the Client Delivery Manager (CDM) works with a team of consultants to define, develop and deliver strategic and tactical solutions (consulting, training and coaching) for their clients' growth through expansion, increased scalability, new sales models and business transformation.
The CDM will coordinate, project manage and drive successful, high-quality engagements. Engagements assigned to the CDM can span market revenue generation, sales / field enablement, channel enablement and development, lead generation / marketing, sales process enhancement or in the area of people / organizational development.
The Client Delivery/Project Manager will be successful through motivating, leading and collaborating with 2-15 highly experienced independent contractors and consultants assigned to the project. For each project, the Client Delivery Manager is ultimately accountable for delivering high-quality, on-time results that meet or exceed client satisfaction and project objectives.
The ideal CDM is experienced in project, client and program management and possesses strong organizational, planning and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Sales and Consulting Team to scope and plan the requirements, milestones, key deliverables and budgets for each client project
Select consultants for each client project – from internal team and / or through identification and selection of additional talent if required
Develop and manage Project Plans and Client Progress Reports, ensuring continual progress toward deliverables and accomplishment of client objectives
Facilitate team success through anticipating and resolving issues and leading team meetings. Weekly communication of progress and checking in with the client to maximize satisfaction throughout the project
Identify and secure resources or provide hands-on support for successful delivery of project milestones. This can include but not be limited to event coordination, writing, graphic design, formatting and proofing of deliverables.
Upon completion, debrief projects with client stakeholders and consultants, ensuring consultant satisfaction survey results as well as all project files, contacts and feedback summaries are communicated and archived
Skills:
The Client Delivery/Project Manager will have a reputation and track record for demonstrating the following attributes:
At least 7 years of hands-on experience in one or more aspects of Sales, Marketing or people development
Successful agency / professional services firm or corporate experience (as consultant, project manager or operations leader)
Creativity with a strong track record of effective problem solving and client success
Exceptional project management skills. Must be comfortable building, adapting and executing to shifting project plans involving 1 – 5 simultaneous work streams and people or teams.
Collaborative approach and work style - a true team player
Strong people skills and intuition, with experience in talent identification and motivation
Confidence without leading from ego
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Bachelors' degree in Marketing, Business or similar
COMPENSATION: Annual salary D.O.E. as a permanent/full time W-2 employee of client. Compensation package to include project based bonuses for achievement of results, quarterly and annual success sharing.
LOCATION: Fully onsite at client's office in Redwood City, CA. Local, S.F. Bay area applicants only, no phone calls please.
HOURS/DURATION: Full-time during standard business hours, ASAP – ongoing/permanent
