We are seeking an aggressive, talented candidate with recent and proven successful application software sales experience with a tenacious approach and high desire to succeed for these exciting opportunities:





Position title: Account Executive-Higher Education

Locations: Anywhere in U.S.







Position description:



We are seeking a candidate with a recent and proven track record of selling application software solutions. The successful candidate will acquire expertise in a number of different technology areas and be able to use this knowledge to present solutions to these new customers. The qualified candidate will be a strong farmer and will sell into a group of existing accounts with existing revenue throughout the East coast geographic territory.







Required skills:

5-7+ years prior experience selling application software solutions into large enterprise level accounts

Recent experience selling application software to the higher education(universities, colleges, etc.) sector a huge plus but not a must

Ability to present a business value proposition to C-level executives. Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills

Recent and proven success in meeting and exceeding quota

Self-starter with the ability to manage complex sales into large enterprises

A strong hunter mentality with an action and results-oriented approach which balance a "take charge" attitude with teamwork and collaboration. An ability to work with prospects to develop strong business solution cases coupled with solid closing skills.

Experience executing call plans, orchestrated account-planning sessions and effectively executed account strategies.

BA/BS degree preferred
