Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is seeking a dedicated, effective Sourcer/Talent Coordinator. As part of the Crawford Group Recruiting team, you will partner with the Crawford Group Account team to determine clients' resource needs, culture fit and other compatibility requirements that are critical to making a successful hire. You will focus on sourcing and initial stages of sourcing/recruitment, employing unique talent acquisition strategies to generate exceptional candidates and deliver the best talent available for our high tech clients.
We're looking for someone with enthusiasm, a positive outlook and a sense of humor, who excels at working independently and as a high functioning part of a small, tight knit, high impact/results oriented company. Must be flexible/responsive to continually shifting priorities and workload distribution, and be able to work quickly to deliver results. Must have strong analytical, assessment, organizational, time management skills and successfully juggle sourcing for multiple projects/assignments. You Have:
1-3 years of high quality candidate sourcing/junior level recruiting experience, preferably in agency and/or corporate environments
Demonstrated success in sourcing and recruiting quality candidates for marketing/communications/events either consulting or permanent
Ability to identify keyword "trends" within a job description, and then map those trending keywords to appropriate potential candidate resumes and profiles
Strong customer service orientation and proven ability to create and nurture strong relationships with coworkers, candidates and clients
Excellent communication skills. Must have solid communications skills (phone/ Skype), be able to establish easy rapport with candidates, gather information, quickly and accurately assess people and make effective hiring recommendations
Must have an intuitive sense of people, their capabilities and best "fit"
Experience with sourcing/candidate generation techniques, including social and internet recruiting (e.g. Facebook, LinkedIn, GoogleBase, etc.) as well as Boolean search string logic (document and monitor data, patterns, and trends in order to identify and communicate changes in the market and job seeker/candidate preferences)
Familiarity with Outlook calendar for scheduling phone interviews for Crawford Group Talent Selection Recruiters
Familiarity with data parsing, automated candidate information, search aggregation and the ability to utilize online information services to locate candidate contact information
Ability to initiate and monitor pay-per-click job posting campaigns and track to PPC campaign budgets
Familiarity with social media websites: Ability to post information and monitor social media pages/responses as necessary
Ability to track to Employee Referral Program
Writing capabilities: Must be able to take assignment information from Account Director and/or team and create job descriptions, written in standard Crawford Group job formatting and voice
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (strong proficiency in Outlook and Excel)
ATS experience, Oracle Taleo preferred. Act as backup to Database Manager as needed (setting up requisition framework in ATS, posting/populating requisitions, monitoring applicant sources, HTML coding, creating reports, etc.)
Strong project management skills: Must work quickly and effectively (maybe even thrive) under pressure, within tight deadlines
Bachelors' degree in Marketing, Communications or similar preferred. A baseline understanding of marketing, communications and events is required.
Hours/Location: Full time, fully remote/virtual/telecommute/WFH. No phone calls please.
