Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is seeking a part time/permanent Marketing / Operations Coordinator for our client in Redwood City. Our client provides consulting and training services in all aspects of sales, marketing, and people development. for small, mid-size and enterprise organizations
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 – 3 years of experience in an event, sales operations or marketing/marcom role either as a consultant, contractor or employee for technology, services or other B2B company. He or she will bring a strong 'can do' attitude and be a self-starter who can also collaborate with others on the team. Most importantly, he or she will be interested in leveraging their skills to contribute to a fast growing, dynamic organization.
Responsibilities:
Develop calendar and execute regular marketing campaigns (email blasts, offers for creative assets, webinars) to target audience / house list
Maintain and develop CRM database of contacts, sending communications from the list (via ACT, Outlook and Constant Contact) on regular basis
Manage and ensure consistent professionalism and relevance of web presence and social media sites (including blogs, news, event announcements, etc.)
Coordinate and drive attendance (as appropriate) for speaking, industry, and webinarevents
Coordinate consultant engagement, orientation and recruitment activities, outreach and support
Create surveys, presentations and materials for use by team members (CDMs, consultants and Sales) in client, prospect and market outreach activities
Provide logistics and communication support for all team members as reasonably requested and required
Track and review metrics and results from activities with leadership on a monthly basis
Skills:
The Marketing / Operations Coordinator will have a reputation and track record for demonstrating the following attributes:
Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on combined Marketing Communications/Operations/Sales/Events Coordinator experience, ideally for at least one professional services firm
Demonstrated excellence in design, development and production of marketing materials and communications including email blasts, presentation materials, webinars, online presence (websites, landing pages, etc.)
Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, HootSuite or similar social media management tools
Strong communications skills, verbal and written
High attention to details while maintaining a perspective of the big picture and creatively solve problems
Collaborative approach and work style - a true team player
Confidence without leading from ego
Bachelors' degree in Marketing, Business or similar
COMPENSATION: Annual salary D.O.E. as a permanent/part time W-2 employee of client. Compensation package to include project based bonuses for achievement of results, quarterly and annual success sharing.
LOCATION: Onsite daily at client's office in Redwood City, CA. Local, S.F. Bay area applicants only, no phone calls please.
HOURS/DURATION: Part-time, 20 hours per week during standard business hours, ASAP – ongoing/permanent
