DIGITAL ANALYTICS MANAGER
Responsibilities and Skills required for this position:
6+ years' experience implementing, configuring, customizing, and integrating third party software solutions such as tag management, A/B MVT testing and personalization and web analytics
5+ years Digital Analytics experience
Implement, administer and support Tag Management System (Tealium preferred)
Implement, administer and support Adobe Test &Target Application
Implement, administer and support Adobe SiteCatalyst
Experience with Omniture Implementation
Experience with Tableau
Plan execute strategy for targeting website visitors with appropriate content offers
Collaborate with creative agencies, cross-functional stakeholders, product marketing demand generation teams to create compelling offers
Identify trends and insights to optimize results
Design develop personalization campaigns to deliver more relevant messages and promos to member community, utilizing multichannel online off-line data
Develop and execute A/B and MVT tests on the site in conjunction with the marketing managers and developers using Test Target tool and by leveraging the support of our Adobe consultants
Produce monthly/Quarterly site performance reports: KPI dashboards, products and services reviews, as well as other reports. Such reports should include business context and insights into the data to be delivered to the business leads
Effectively respond/Manage/Oversee to ad-hoc report and analysis requests from marketing, product management, and other lines of business
Analyze web data to monitor website performance (i.e. member experience, fall out points, member demographics, trends, etc.) and discover under-performing areas of the website
Guides team in best practices regarding methodology as well as implementation to support data-backed decisions
Manage custom tracking implementation and development for partners from requirements gathering through production deployment and documentation
Excellent communication skills to talk with senior and executive staff
SQL experience a plus
Start: Feb 9, 2015
Timing: 3 Month Contract, with possibility to extend
