We're looking for a highly self-motivated individual to join our Inside Sales team. This position is entry level with opportunity for growth. The candidate would work out of our office in Fremont, CA. Inside Sales Associates act as a liaison to develop qualified opportunities for our external sales team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Promote AlterG technology to B2B accounts including: physical therapy, fitness and healthcare professionals
• Drive revenue growth by helping assigned region to consistently meet and exceed quarterly targets
• Navigate sales process through outbound prospecting, handling inbound leads, gathering necessary info,
understanding business needs, and strategic team selling with outside sales rep.
• Generate qualified leads and assist in follow-up sales cycle to ensure highly qualified prospects
• Contact prospects in territory to share new information and offer appropriate specials or programs
• Input new leads into CRM (NetSuite and/or SalesForce), and periodically update old leads
• Assist outside sales reps with calendar management by scheduling qualified appointments
• Assist marketing team with new marketing programs and initiatives
• Weekly and monthly recording on all activities and productivity, using CRM and Marketing Automation platform
Experience Requirements
• Bachelor's degree required
• MS Excel experience required, CRM and Marketing Automation experience desired.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Cold calling or telemarketing experience a bonus
• Ability to converse in French, a plus.
