Part-Time Technical Recruiter - Contract

Job description

As a Recruiter on the Quad Analytix team, you will work closely with our head of HR, a non-technical contract recruiter, Engineering team and hiring managers to develop strategies to find the very best candidates. We're also passionate about delivering a candidate experience that lends genuine insight into our culture and what it's really like to work here. We're looking for a Recruiter with a strong technical background that is comfortable delivering top talent through full lifecycle recruiting (sourcing to closing). You should be inspired to create practical and creative ways to surface leading talent, and be driven to invest time activating passive candidates through a highly engaged approach. As a member of our team, you'll also have the opportunity to help shape our culture, organizational design and retention strategy for not just our Engineering team, but our entire company. At Quad Analytix, we're passionate about delivering an outstanding candidate experience. We're seeking someone who brings a level of motivation, curiosity and passion to our team that will help us find new team members with similar qualities.

 

Responsibilities:

• Engage in full lifecycle recruiting - sourcing to scheduling to closing

• Work with the CEO, Head of HR and the hiring managers to learn about, prioritize and execute on critical hiring needs

• Assist with the development and implementation of recruiting, onboarding and retention strategies

• Strategize different ways to build talent pipelines, manage referral generation, and sourcing campaigns

• Regularly track pipeline, priorities and performance data to share with internal stakeholders

• Sound candidate engagement approach with ability to activate passive candidates

• Find, engage and activate passive candidates

• Screen resumes and interview candidates to determine fit

• Facilitate interview and hiring decision-making process with technical interviewers and hiring managers

• Provide an exceptional candidate experience for every prospective hire

• Deliver the hires that Quad Analytix needs to scale and accomplish its mission

Desired Skills and Experience:

• 2+ years of experience as a full lifecycle technical recruiter and onsite partner to technical hiring managers

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments

• Good eye for talent with ability to quickly screen resumes to identify fit

• Solid interview skills with ability to screen for both technical and cultural qualities

• Adaptable and innovative with proactive problem solving skills

• Motivated and able to deliver consistent results with drive, passion, hard work and a sense of humor

• Personable with excellent technical communication skills

• Strong consultative qualities and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate across all levels of the org as well as externally

• Excited about building Quad Analtyix
