 Benefits & Compensation HR Manager position -

Northwest Atlanta

 Full-time position

 Requirements:

·         We are seeking a talent management background – succession planning, coaching, training & development, performance management, workforce planning, etc.

·         CEBS or CCP certification a plus

·         NOTE:  NOT  looking for an HR Generalist

·         Compensation & Benefits Manager:  Must have strong experience in both competencies

·         Working knowledge of ADP Enterprise a plus.

·         Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and HRIS

·         Designs, plans, implements, and administers  corporate compensation and benefits programs,

·         policies, and procedures

·         Administer multi-state company sponsored benefit plans and programs for all company sponsored plans and programs including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Long Term Disability, Short Term Disability, FMLA, LOA, COBRA, 401(k), FSA, Life Insurance and Employee Assistance Plan.   

·         Manage the company’s leave of absence program and ensure compliance with FMLA, ADA, HIPAA, ACA, and any other related regulations.               

·         Ensure compliance with all statutory and plan regulations including ERISA, FMLA, ADA, HIPAA, ACA

·         and COBRA.

·         File required reports with state and Federal agencies.

·         Maintain Plan Documents and Summary Plan Descriptions.

·         Manage internal controls, internal audit processes and reconciliation of financial statements, 5500 filings and any other documentation.

·         Manage the company-wide workers’ compensation program including claims management, cost containment, return-to-work programs, ADA accommodations, employee  training, etc. 

·         Monitor the administrative costs and pricing of benefit programs and recommend cost containment strategies including alternative methods of administration and funding.

·         Implement and maintain corporate compensation programs, policies and procedures in order to achieve organization’s desired position in market and compensation goals.
