Position Overview:
Channel Impact is seeking a full time Channel Operations Program Manager to support the client's Partner Marketing team. In this role you will be responsible for tasks include: providing insight/analysis of quarterly budget and campaign/program metrics, managing overall team budget and allocations, deliver quarterly reporting packages, support the operational aspect of their fiscal year Revenue Marketing plan, allocation of Marketing Development Funds, and assist with quarterly business reviews and business updates to their key stakeholders. This role will work hand-in-hand with the Budget Management and Metrics/Reporting teams to effectively support the operational requirements of the Partner Marketing team.

Qualifications:
Recommend business strategies that drive programs and campaigns designed at market/channel segments
Works independently and leads teams to complete projects using judgment and experience
Ability to build and sustain relationships with peers on Data Analytics team and Budget Management team
Comprehensive budget planning and ROI responsibilities
Experienced at allocating, tracking, reporting and providing day-to-day management of Marketing Development Funds
Goals and objectives are tied to company strategies, group strategies, and results of deliverables
Works with peers and higher level management
Influences and leads cross-functional groups to drive business impact
Makes tactical and basic strategic decisions
Influences, coordinates and negotiates with cross-functional teams and across the organization
Solves team challenges using professional knowledge, sound judgment, and policy and procedure
Uses expertise and creativity for innovative marketing operations recommendations
Skills
Experience with MDF program management
Excellent PC skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc.
Advanced knowledge of Excel Pivot Tables, V-lookups, and filters is a must
Operations and/or Business Development experience required
Project and budget management skills
General knowledge of technology industry and routes to market i.e., Distributor, Partner/Reseller, End-user/customer
Strong written, oral and interpersonal skills
Strong presentation skills
Self-motivated and creative
Ability to work in an extremely fast paced, changing environment
Ability to work independently yet collaboratively
Education Qualifications
Required: BS/BA degree in Marketing, Business or other equivalent experience
