Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is looking for a Demand Generation/Marketing Specialist to join our clients Global Demand Generation Team. You will have a passion for marketing and demand generation, experience delivering great campaigns, a data driven mindset, and strong execution skills. Our client delivers products that disrupt the Storage Industry, and their approach to marketing reflects that.

Responsibilities:
Driving pipeline growth via both online and offline channels
Developing creative campaigns and mini-campaigns (sometimes with agencies) that, "rise above the noise"
Testing and optimizing new DG media sources and technologies
Managing and tracking the effectiveness of your campaigns. You will also interface with our international teams and help localize campaigns
Leveraging existing email, page, and campaign templates, develop and execute Marketo-based programs in support of a variety of outbound demand generation marketing campaigns and promotions
Manage all campaign activities such as loading and maintaining lists, loading leads, emailing
Deliver Salesforce.com reporting at a campaign and territory level on an ongoing basis
Skills:
2-4 years' experience with demand generation
Track record of working on campaigns/mini-campaigns and familiarity with Database Marketing, Direct Mail, Telemarketing, SEM, etc.
Experience working with Marketing Operations
Working knowledge of Marketo, Salesforce
Basic skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
Excellent verbal/written communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and relationship-building skills
Strong project management abilities. Must be to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment. Effective time management and organizational skills a must.
Ability to understand and adapt to rapidly changing priorities and prioritize accordingly
Attention to detail with accurate data entry skills
Undergraduate BS/BA degree, MBA a plus
Experience in storage (hardware, software, networking, cloud) preferred
Experience with A/B testing preferred
Rate: D.O.E. as a w2 employee of Crawford Group, benefits available.
Location: Fully onsite clients' office in Mountain View, CA. No phone calls, please.
Hours/Duration: Full time consulting, ASAP – 6 months.
