POSITION – BUSINESS ANALYST
DURATION – 6 MONTHS +
LOCATION – SAN JOSE, CA or RTP, NC

Job Description:
In this position, the candidate will administer a tool used for a large, geo-distributed community of users (350+), and will ensure full productivity of the tool for all the functions operating on the program: execution team, project management and executives.
More specifically, the candidate will be in charge of auditing the data available in the tool and implement the proper data housekeeping, interacting with the execution team to ensure the right data is made available and facilitating any issue the execution team might have in dealing with the tool itself. Moreover, the candidate will strictly collaborate with the Engineering managers and Project manager to ensure that the proper dashboards, views and reports are available to the teams. Finally, s/he will work with the Project manager and the project Executives to implement the proper project reporting, and generating those reports at the proper cadence.
Required skills/qualifications:
• BA/BS degree
• Agile certifications (CSM, CPO, etc)
• Rally certifications a plus
• Solid, professional understanding of Scrum methodology and Rally���s modelling of Scrum methodology
• Rally workspace administrator skills
• Ability to customize Rally via GUI customization tools (custom fields, views, dashboards and apps, reports, etc)
• Professional proficiency in using Rally Developer tools like App SDK, Web services API, Integrations with Java, Python etc.
• Advanced usage of Excel for data analysis
Required experience:
• 3 years of similar experience as an Agile Rally business analyst
• 3 years of experience in Agile projects (scrum methodology)
Soft skills:
• Ability to deal with international teams (proper communication skills, availability to flexible work hours)
• Attention to details, attitude to data analysis and validation
• Can-do attitude, problem-solving mindset, ability to listen and understand expectations
• Pro-active, fast learner
