Data Analyst position w/Benefit Plans/Welfare Benefits for Continuon Services -Midtown Atlanta
Continuon Services, LLC is seeking an experienced Full-Time Data Analyst to provide a high level of customer service through knowledge of technology in relation to benefit plans, applicable laws, and Health and Welfare benefits. This position will work closely with the Benefits Technology Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
• Report delivery and report receipt checklist
• Report failure resolution (Rerun or request)
• Enrollment and eligibility auditingt scripting and customization
• Enrollment software configuration and management
• Data Entry
• Carrier discrepancy report resolution
Annual Enrollment Responsibilities:
• Processes all open enrollment activity and transmits to vendors and/or client via the agreed upon and appropriate method.
• Data validation on open enrollment elections.
Qualifications:
• Excellent communication, telephone etiquette, and organizational skills.
• High level of problem solving skills.
• Strong Microsoft Office suite skills (Word and Excel is a MUST).
• Must be able to work independently as well as work well in a team environment.
• Excellent follow-up skills with a great attention to detail.
• Understand basic to advanced benefits design and administration knowledge in health and welfare and retirement areas.
Education Requirements:
• BA or BS degree preferred (equivalent work experience may be accepted)
