We are looking for a Product Manager for an opportunity at a large, high technology company. This is an inbound product management role working with the client to define, build and launch new IoT education solutions for the industrial vertical. The Product Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop business strategy, identify customer pain points, create education products and launch them to the industrial vertical.
This is an ongoing 40 hour per week contract role (with quarterly contracts) onsite in RTP, NC. This is a w2 role with Stage 4 Solutions, health benefits offered.
Responsibilities:
• Understand industrial vertical (Manufacturing, Oil Gas, Transportation, Mining, Utilities, etc) market landscape and define the target customer needs for IoT education and certification programs
• Define market opportunity (business case, ROI analysis) and create product requirements based upon customer needs
• Work with engineering/content development teams to create new education offerings and certification programs
• Create and manage marketing collateral for the new offerings
• Assist with product launch activities, partnering with product marketing and outbound marketing teams
Requirements:
• 5+ years B2B solution technology experience as a Product Manager
• 5+ years experience marketing high tech solutions to the industrial vertical
• In depth understanding of industrial companies needs in IT, Networking, etc areas
• Great team player with ability to get work done independently, ability to effectively work with global teams
• Bachelors degree, MBA preferred
