POSITION – BUSINESS ANALYST
LOCATION – SAN JOSE, CA
DURATION – 6 MONTHS +
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED / DESIRED:
• Proficiency in design of architecture for complex, large-scale process systems design implementation initiatives
• Ability to play a consultative role, understanding and analyzing business requirements and benefits and transition work to appropriate teams
• Broad knowledge of operational functions and capabilities required to enable an innovative high-tech sales environment
• Depth in one or more specific operational function
• Knowledge of industry best practices and trends
• Experience with direct sales and reseller partner processes a plus
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS REQUIRED/DESIRED
• Knowledge of business process architecture frameworks
• Very strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong communication skills including written and oral communication as well as presentation skills
• Must be self- managed, highly motivated and have a strong drive for results
• Must be able to challenge and influence traditional thinking and solution responses
• Naturally able to exert influence, drive and steer teams in the right direction
• Very strong capability and high capacity for learning
• Strong process focus, able to see opportunities for improvement
• Quickly earns credibility and trust with stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Time management skills, able to handle multiple projects executing in parallel
• Ability to take ambiguous problems and solve them in a structured, hypothesis driven, data-supported way
• Ability to create reports, metrics, and diagnostics in response to dynamic business asks
• Familiarity with aggregating Social Media data for Marketing Decision
• Apply expertise in quantitative analysis, data mining, and the presentation of data to identify impact of chances and drivers across the ecosystem
EDUCATION/COURSEWORK/CERTIFICATIONS REQUIRED/DESIRED
• Bachelor's Degree (likely areas of focus Business) Master degree a plus, GPA 3.0 and higher
• Green or Black Belt certified
