Creative Services Manager
Nimble Storage is the most disruptive storage array company in history. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, the Creative Services Manager is responsible for the design and production of Web and print programs and projects to support a growing marketing organization (corporate, channel, and field marketing). This position will focus on maintaining messaging and brand consistency across outbound written and visual elements used for events, electronic and print direct mail, collateral, and website.
Responsibilities
• Design and produce graphics for global marketing programs and campaigns, including email banners, web pages, and microsites, as well as signage for field events and trade shows.
• Collateral development. Work with content stakeholders to develop and produce collateral (e.g. data sheets, brochures, solution briefs, white papers), and prepare print-ready files.
• Manage and maintain the print-on-demand online portal.
• Develop and manage a corporate identity program, guidelines, and specifications.
• Maintain a database and central repository for collateral source files and final PDFs, iconography, stock imagery, original photography, and other digital assets.
• Provide support for the development of emails and landing pages in the Marketo marketing automation tool.
• Execute simple content updates to corporate website using WordPress.
• Manage creative workflow and process to align with project deadlines.
• Source design, production, print, and signage vendors as needed to support all projects.
• Quality control and proofing of marketing content and graphics to maintain a consistently high level of quality for all outbound materials for field and channel activities.
Requirements
This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys both design and production.
• Minimum of 7-10 years working in a corporate creative services group or ad/graphics agency.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects within a fast-paced environment; a strong sense of urgency combined with a close attention to detail.
• Expert-level skills for Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, and After Effects). Knowledge of Premiere Pro (or Apple iMovie), Flash, Lightroom, HTML, or Java are a bonus.
• Thorough knowledge of marketing automation tools (Marketo preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to develop and manage a corporate identity program.
• Demonstrated ability to understand and implement corporate and product messaging to maintain consistency and up-level outbound communications.
• Collaborative and creative approach to working with teams across multiple organizations throughout the company.
