Project Manager
San Jose, CA
This PM will be a member of the Global Sales Operation team. The role of this Project Manager is to drive the project plan, lead broad-based/cross functional changes to implement a new Business Intelligence solution. In a leadership role, PM will provide direction and work resources to the team as well as communicate and in cross-functional organizations.
Required skills/qualifications:
* BA/BS degree
* Minimum 5 years project or program management experience (prefer 8+ or more years)
* Minimum 8-10+ years of related work experience required.
Desired skills/experience
* Superior project management skills
* Ability to produce a cross-functional integrated operation plans
* Experience in the Technology Services Industry
* PMP or related certification
* Strength in process methodologies (i.e. DMAIC)
* Ability to identify and analyze complex program, process and tool requirements
* Ability to formulate implementation options and help achieve win-win solutions for internal stakeholders, Customers and Partners
* Strong understanding of industry business processes related to service product lifecycle, sales, order fulfillment, billing and service cycle
* Works independently with minimal supervision required
* Excellent written, oral and presentation skills to audiences of all levels
* Direct contact with customers, partners, employees, and mid to executive levels of management
* Strong cross-functional business knowledge
* Strong partnering, influencing & communication skills for all levels (i.e. individuals at the peer, management and executive level)
