As part of Crimson Consulting Group's Interactive Services, our firm is in need of a Social Media Manager for our enterprise level high-tech client. The Social Media Manager is responsible for managing the execution of integrated social media communications programs. This position will implement and measure social media programs and activities by working with both external agencies and internal creative and web services teams.
Key Responsibilities include but will not be limited to:
• Function as thought leader on social media
• Recommend and advise F500 clients on social media strategy
• Work as the lead in a social media consulting team for clients
• Project manage high visibility digital strategy projects
• Create professional strategy documents that are actionable
• Measure social media campaigns and promotions
Must Have:
• 5+ years in marketing communications, social media and digital marketing
• Experience in high-tech or consumer electronic markets (Microsoft, HP, IBM, Dell, Intel, Sun, or similar enterprise level companies)
• High level of social media literacy and understanding of tools and applications for social media programs (including Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Blogs and monitoring tools)
• Experience and understanding of social media metrics and reporting
• High level of marketing strategy literacy, including advertising or public relations experience
• Bachelors degree
• Example links to social media profiles or blogs (either previously managed for brands or personal)
Strongly Prefer:
• MBA or relevant degree
• Consulting or Agency experience
Location: SF Bay Area or Seattle with Remote Possibility
