Job Description:
Client´s Tax PMO is looking for candidates who can play dual role of Business Analyst & Subject matter expert (SME) for its Intercompany and Transfer pricing group. Candidates should have
experience in any combination of
- Providing consultation and advisory services to clients by working at the Top 10 auditing or consulting firms
- Work experience within Tax: Intercompany team as part of a global company (atleast $10 bn in revenues with worldwide manufacturing and selling entities).
- Extensive independent practice working on various aspects of Intercompany related processes.

We are looking for candidates with:
- Verifiable track record (6 to 10 yrs) as individual contributor/ SME role for successful delivery of projects in Intercompany/ Transfer pricing space.
- Experience working on Intercompany related issues in emerging markets. - Relevant systems experience to ensure the requirement documents, project deliverables from analyst viewpoint.
- Quickly gain understanding of Client's intercompany transactions in various countries and help us in drafting requirements for emerging countries.
- Knowledge of intercompany funding issues in sales, marketing, manufacturing and reseller agreements. Basic understanding of Cost plus entities, Cost sharing process.
- Provide support for general intercompany issues and questions from various teams across the company. (Legal, Tax, External auditors, Manufacturing, Services etc)
Oracle GL, Virtual Trader applications background is preferable. Other ERP's also okay, as long as experience is relevant to this job position.
