Senior Manager Product Marketing

What you will do:
• Possess a unique blend of business, marketing, and technical performance and availability management experience
• You are ideally Cloud and Virtualization Performance Monitoring market, solutions, and deployment savvy
• Share the company's big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality
• Enjoy spending time in the market to understand monitoring problems, and to determine and recommend innovative solutions for the broader market
• Communicate effectively across a broad cross-functional team and to external audiences
• Work with Product Management counterparts to define Nimsoft's Unified Monitoring positioning and messaging
• Define the Go-to-Market strategy and plan, plus own the overall Product Marketing efforts
• Enable the Sales and Marketing teams to understand the value proposition, positioning, messaging and key benefits, as well as target customers
• Represent Nimsoft externally with prospects, customers, and participate in tradeshows. Plus you will be the go-to person for Pre-Sales and Sales teams as required
• Identify and define Unified Monitoring market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to prospects and customers
• Develop, lead and manage the company-wide Unified Monitoring Go-to-Market plan, working cross functionally to execute
• Lead the smooth evolution of compelling value propositions, positioning, messaging, and product features
• Serve as the key Unified Monitoring Cloud & Virtualization knowledge resource to Sales, Sales Engineering and Marketing Programs teams
• Act as the primary content provider across all online and offline communications, collateral, and deliverables Strong writing capabilities
• Provide expert resources and content for Sales Enablement
• Analyze potential partner relationships for the product area

Who you are:
• 6 plus years Product Marketing experience with the Performance Management market
• At least 2 years experience in the Performance and Availability monitoring industry
• 2 or more years experience with virtualization
• Deep understanding of IT operations and traditional Datacenter (e.g. Virtualization), including knowledge of Cloud strategies and Managed Service Providers
• Master of effective, systematic communication across a broad range of internal and external audiences
• This position requires limited travel to customer and non-customer sites in North America and Europe (10%)
• B.S. in Computer Science or similar, MBA a plus
