Job Title: Managing Consultant Line of Business: Solution Implementation Capability: SAP IS-Utilities Location: US- Open Qualifications: · Demonstrate an overall understanding of DM functionality · Detailed configuration experience in many of the following DM components: o Technical Device and Connection Data - Device Categories - Register Groups - Winding Groups - Device o Device Installation, Removal and Replacement o Disconnections & Reconnections o Meter Reading - Meter Reading Organization - Meter Reading Routes & Routing - Estimations & Extrapolations o Device Inspection - Sampling Procedures - Periodic Replacement Procedures · Solid understanding of other areas of CCS including Billing and Customer Service (CS) and the CIC. Competencies: · Can ensure total design is consistent across multiple areas in a way that supports the delivery of business objectives · Understands the detail of solution across the entire project paying particular attention to the integration · across functional modules · Recognized internally as an expert in the process /service area / technical functionality across a diverse range of situations (industries, issues etc) · Able to manage a team of over 5 consultants to complete complex deliverables within a program of work · Able to operate and add value at Steering Group level including taking responsibility for deliverable sign-off · Can lead others by enabling them to achieve and develop while successfully delivering within the project environment · Can create and sell extension opportunities outside the existing project scope within an existing client · Can play an active role in the commercial and contractual negotiation process | |

Job Title: IS-U Senior SAP Billing Consultant (multiple positions) Line of Business: Solution Implementation Capability: Utilities Location: Toronto, Canada - ONTARIO Required Skills: · At least 2 to 5+ years of experience delivering SAP Solutions: · Experience implementing IS-U/CCS Billing. · At least 1 full lifecycle implementation. · Detailed configuration experience in the Billing area including complex Rates, Invoicing, Budget Billing (Payment Plans), Collective Invoicing, and Billing Reversals and Adjustments · Experience with all phases of an implementation including business process blueprint, detailed design, configuration, testing, and support · Solid understanding of other areas of CCS including Device Management, FI-CA and Customer Service and the CIC. · Excellent communication skills. · The ability to work in a team, as a teal lead or without supervision if required. · Team Lead experience desired. Competencies: · Can deliver presentations in a competent and convincing manner · Able to facilitate a diverse middle manager group through a structured workshop to achieve a consensus outcome · Able to work with client to confirm requirements · Able to translate business goals into a set of requirements which can be supported by a technical solution · Able to complete complex implementations in a specific area where requirements are potentially unclear and inconsistent · Understands the general strategic and operational dimensions of the relevant industry and applies to solution · Can lead functional or technical design workshops · Identifies issues and risks with their area of responsibility and takes responsibility for their resolution · Build relationships with client leads based on mutual respect and commitment · Able to effectively manage a team of client team members · Can take ownership of sub-plans for specific deliverables and can plan own time to ensure project milestones are met · Able to take an issue, then plan and deliver a solution using own initiative, with little guidance · Can contribute technical or procedural sections to a simple proposal · Can identify and escalate business development opportunities | |
