You will be responsible for building a department where YOU will drive all lead generation and campaign activities to support sales and revenue targets.
You will be able to be up in the clouds, creating the BIG PICTURE, while also able to dive into the details and be effective.
Responsibilities:
• Drive all lead generation activities including – Search, Social, Events, Online Marketing and Partnerships
• Develop comprehensive advertising and direct marketing plans to support the company's revenue goals
• Responsible for proficiency with multiple formats of demand generation – Social, SEM, Email, Website and SEO
• Be the embodiment of the marketing teams' work ethic, attitude and desire to be the best.
• Manage to a budget
• Prepare and deliver program reviews and provide executive summaries
Requirements:
• 5+ years experience running direct marketing campaigns with a consumer facing business
• Advanced knowledge of best practices in Search, Social, Events and Partnerships
• Proven track record in project management and able to rapidly shift priorities
• Excellent written and oral communications
• Demonstrated success in working within cross functional teams and effective analytical/decision making skills
• Self starter with high energy
• Bachelors degree
