Job Description:
Complete the design and launch the new performance management system design for 2013. Cornerstone/ADP
Design and launch new learning management system, Cornerstone/ADP
Design and launch new Compensation System Cornerstone/ADP
Design and launch new Employee Relations Tracking System
Design and launch new Succession planning System
Improve current design to ensure the most effective performance review solution
Provode a LMS to establish a blended approach to learning
Improve current design to ensure the most effective employee engagement and customer service solution
Provide a Compensation solution for most effective and efficient administration
Provide a more comprehensive ER tracking solution that ensures consistency and appropriate documentation
Required Skills:
Talent Management systems design and overall HR Management Experience
