EMC – Isilon Storage Division is looking for a Salesforce.com Administrator / Marketing Analyst to join its world-class demand generation team. This position helps EMC's Marketing and Sales teams in America and Europe to deliver demand generation programs, and to measure and report campaign results to Marketing and Sales Managers through Integrated Funnel reports, from initial impression through to revenue. Direct Inside Sales representatives to the next best sales contact. Drive Field Marketing's Quarterly Business Review data preparation, including regional metrics scorecards and qualitative highlights as needed.

• Configure and provide best practice recommendations for the following items in Salesforce.com: Lead and Contact Management (fields, page layouts, lead queues, data mapping, opportunities), standard & custom objects, 3rd party applications from the AppExchange, profiles & roles, workflows, validation rules, field-level security, configuration, de-duping leads & contacts, permission sets, record types, custom buttons/links, user management, and email templates.
• Develop and modify custom reports and dashboards to suit business needs.
• Consistently assume a technical lead role in Salesforce.com projects and end-user support.
• Troubleshoot data and system issues by using a combination of system expertise, company knowledge, and detailed research/investigation.
• Investigate and interact with external vendors as necessary.

Qualifications:
• ***MUST HAVE SALESFORCE.COM ADMINISTRATION EXPERIENCE (Salesforce.com Administrator Certification preferred).
• Strong data management skills required. Advanced Excel and SQL skills are a must. Experience with Demandtools is a bonus.
• BS Degree in Information Science, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business or other relevant combination of training and experience.
• Has 5+ years relevant work experience.
• Operational background in Sales, Marketing and/or Customer Service a bonus.
• Has worked with e-marketing automation software (Eloqua preferred) to help setup various campaign types and track/report on activities and ROI.
• Ability to document requirements for developers a must. Ability to code is not required, however, an understanding of what can be done with Apex/Visualforce/Web Services is a must.
• Experience with integrating applications from AppExchange desired.
• Experience designing and implementing Custom objects preferred.
• Strong qualitative and quantitative mathematical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Works well in a collaborative and consensus-oriented team environment.
• Strong sense of customer focus and the importance of the voice of the customer.
