The Delivery Analyst (DA) is responsible for ongoing operations support of Learning Administration systems and processes. The DA supports ongoing delivery through class management, issue resolution, change requests, and process improvement initiatives. The role involves heavy client interaction, as well as the ability to partner with a global team on service delivery.

Responsibilities include:

* Scheduling and managing classes
* Arranging venues and equipment
* Enrolling and/or cancelling students for Learning events. Notifying students of cancellations
* Maintaining session costing
* Closing and/or retiring classes
* Maintaining data integrity
* Curriculum Creation
* Creating courses
* Report Creation (Report Manager)
* Providing functional consultation on the LMS

Research and Resolve Customer issues

* Assist external and internal partners in troubleshooting any issues and escalations

* Answers questions regarding Learning processes - Generates reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually schedule as required

* Work with other teams to resolve inquires

* Performs complex data analysis, reporting, and data maintenance tasks to including quality assurance.

* Data Analysis includes: Ensuring that Output files compare to Input files

Client Relationship Management

* Support client or service transitions, gaining an understanding of processes and documentation.

* Communicate effectively with the client counterparts and internal partners for analysis/resolution.

* Participate in meetings to discuss issues identified and impact on service delivery.

* Lead client interaction and facilitation on client touch-points.

Project Management

* Create detailed functional business requirement specifications and ensures proper testing hand-offs for integration testing.

* Conduct stakeholder interviews and stakeholder workshops for projects.

* Monitor the scope throughout the project and ensure the scope is baseline, and that any changes requested to the scope are evaluated for project impact and business need for projects.

* Ensure that the process flows are complete and within the defined scope for projects.

* Identify downstream processes and impacts for projects.

* Provide status reports and communicate changes in process for project assignments.

* Assist in post-project Quality Assurance (QA) and knowledge management.

* Manage workload including ad-hoc project deliverables.

* Responsible for estimating, scheduling and directing all work activities related to projects.

* Lead and/or participate in projects.

Other Skills

* This position will become the SME for area of work

* Provide input and support for best practices

* Communicate effectively

* Identify process improvements. Determine new processes.

* Conducts complex root cause analysis on employee issues and/or data issues and/or resolves and proposes solutions.

* Develops and maintains Process Documentation (SOP) for various processes as well as review documentation of other team members.

* Participate and/or lead projects using own experiences and observations.

* Special projects as needed

Qualifications

* 2+ years of Learning Administration in a LMS
* Minimum of one year of experience with SumTotal preferred
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
* Project Management experience a plus.
