Summary:

The Recruiting Consultant ensures timely closure of requisitions within expected cost, time and quality metrics. S/he oversees daily activities to ensure effective candidate selection, offer negotiation, new hire onboarding, and execution of the specialization model. In addition, the Recruiting Consultant provides strategic support to the client by consulting on process, diversity, compliance, timeline and expectation setting. S/he interfaces with other RPO managers and may also be involved in delivering on various projects for the RPO offer cross-client activities.

Responsibility Areas:

· Understand the current and future hire demand requirements of client and coordinate with Sourcing, Operations, and client's HR team to plan for timely delivery of new hires.

· Will act as primary liaison with client leaders, identify process gaps, and collaborate with client and RPO peers to formulate solutions. Educate clients on market conditions and trends.

· Ensure accurate and timely reporting to stakeholders regarding progress on open requisitions.

· Monitor and audit effective utilization of Applicant Tracking System to accurately capture candidate and requisition information and activity updates.

· Consultant will manage projects and new initiatives to enhance team performance and organizational growth.

· Develop in-depth understanding of the employment market and its impact on client's recruiting strategy.

· Stay current on competitor hiring practices and market trends through market intelligence gathering.

· Manage requisitions for leadership positions.

· Will ensure team members adhere to the client's RPO Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

· Work with other Sourcing, Operations, and Recruiting Managers on various RPO topics such as process best practices and innovations, colleague development and engagement, and continuity of support to the business.

· Work with the appropriate leadership team in sourcing, recruiting, or operations to assist with the scoping and/or sizing of Change Request that are submitted by the client.

· Consultant will ensure teams understand and adhere to all compliance and audit related requirements outlined in the statement of work for our client.

· Consultant will ensure teams understand the current SLAs outlined in the SOW and the impacts of missing or meeting those targets.

· Escalate situations as needed to bring to satisfactory closure and ensure proper follow-up.

· Build team domain and product/tools knowledge.

· Troubleshoot and problem-solve concerns and issues for the dedicated Sourcing team.

Qualifications

Education:

· Bachelor's Degree or 6 years equivalent experience in a recruitment function with a large organization; Master's Degree preferred

Qualifications:

· Fluency in both English and regional languages preferred to interact with client, candidates, and global team members via email and phone.

· Minimum of 6 years recruitment or human resources work experience
