Title: Change Management Lead/Analyst

We have an urgent position for a Change Management professional with the following skills:
Skills and qualifications:
- 7+ years of professional experience with focus on Change Management
and has held roles as Change Management Lead, Change Management Analyst or Boundary Support
- Solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process; experience with ADKAR a plus.
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies (example: Prosci certification.)
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle.
- Excellent verbal/written communication and organization skills with ability to facilitate meetings.
- Experience in successful strategy and implementation of change management activities (inclusive of content development.)
- Able to work effectively at different levels in an organization.
- Excellent listening skills, Problem solving skills, a team player with ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
- Experience with large-scale organizational change effort.
Responsibilities:
- This change management role would focus primarily on complete impact assessments, develop actionable and targeted change management plans and communication plans, execute plans in partnership with business and IT, prepare for bi-annual all hands, create presentations and communications to be delivered to stakeholders, manage the Webex Social site with Architecture content, manage measurement systems to track adoption, utilization and proficiency of individual changes, work with project teams to integrate change management activities into the overall project plan, work with communication and training specialists in the formulation of particular plans and activities to support project implementation.
- Attend project meetings representing Connected Business Architecture stakeholders.
- Ensures appropriate subject matter experts are identified and available to support the change management efforts.
- Successfully plan, design, develop and distribution communications and training material to support a change.
- Provide familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle.
- Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
- Provide effective time management and prioritize work based on project timelines.
- Provide experience with large-scale organizational change effort.
- Provide experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies.
