We´re looking for Sr. Brand Manager who will hold responsibility for creating and managing consistent, cohesive corporate brand identity across Move's range of properties and services. As steward of Move's brand architecture and product portfolio, this role will also serve as the marketer responsible for acquisition integration, partnership co-branding and product naming. The role will report directly to the VP of Brand and Creative Services with cross-functional relationship development across all organizational teams.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop robust brand architecture to house our products across B2B and B2C arenas
Develop and manage naming and brand identity (both visual and verbal) as new products are introduced or acquired
Own and help enforce the brand guidelines developed for the Move corporate brand and sub-brands
Manage the Move.com portfolio of trademarks and service marks and actively pursue actions to protect those marks and our intellectual property
Become a brand evangelist across the Marketing organization, guiding marketing communications and inspiring product marketing through unconventional tools
Proactively monitor ongoing evaluation of brand equity, developing clear metrics to determine success of efforts around consumer favorability and consideration — as well as efficacy of spend against effort
Work alongside a substantial team that includes creative service professionals, copywriters and editors
Identify, engage and manage relationships with highly creative, highly dedicated external agency partners


Education, Skills and Experience:

BA in related field required, MBA preferred.
5+ years experience demonstrating a range of work and the ability to nurture and grow a brand within a variety of scenarios, preferably in digital consumer products/services
A strong acumen of both consumer based and business-to-business marketing
Experience in developing and understanding field market research and business analytics, including brand scorecard and/or KPI metrics
A track record of performance excellence, meeting targets and objectives, with a great balance of big-picture thinking and detailed execution
A track record of developing and maintaining highly collaborative cross-functional relationships
An innate ability to simultaneously support creative goals and business objectives
Experience managing multiple projects, in a fast-paced, high volume environment
Scrappy, game for any task, and able to adapt to change
A very high level of intellectual curiosity
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
