Commercial Printing Segment Mktg/Sales Mgr position - Memphis, Tennessee
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• The Commercial Printing Segment Marketing Manager position is
responsible for leading all aspects of the commercial printing segment,
related sub-segments and our Carolina® brand.
• The position will play an essential role in strategically and
tactically defining and evolving the segment value propositions for the
business and driving them forward.
• Responsibilities include optimizing customer profit and geographic
mix.
• This leadership role serves as the primary liaison between CPB and
CPIP Merchant Sales, Marketing and Customer Service teams.
SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Develop and gain approval of marketing vision, strategy for key
segments and value propositions.
• Develop field marketing strategies and programs that will drive
results and create a sustainable, competitive advantage.
• Leverage new product development and innovation to capture profitable
business.
• Strategy development must include extensive interaction with and buy-
in from key stakeholders.
• Maximize customer profitability and mix improvement by collecting,
analyzing, synthesizing and distributing timely information in a usable
format that addresses customer segments, markets, the competition, trend
data and market research for use by the Business Unit.
• Primary role within CPB in linking Sales & Marketing with Supply
Chain, Operations, Product Management, Product Development and SAP.
• Work with the Business Functional Area Leaders to train the sales and
customer service teams as well as other business stakeholders, on the
basic marketing approach and skills required to execute the customer
strategy.

• 5+ years brand marketing experience within a top tier B2B organization
in key business segments
• 5+ years of experience in sales or marketing working with paper
merchants.
