Job Description:
 

  • We are seeking a seasoned Help Desk Technician with Service Desk experience. 100% Phone support
  • This position will be for all Help Desk support services in Alpharetta, GA
  • Must have experience in working in a Call Center Help Desk, diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues Via Phone, as well as provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware . .
  • Experience with BMC Remedy ticketing system for recording incidents and work orders . 30 day training will be provided.
  • Assists staff with the installation, configuration, and ongoing usability of desktop computers, peripheral equipment and software within established standards and guidelines.
  • Work with support groups to resolve technical problems with desktop computing equipment and software
  • Experiencing working with Help Desk and Network Operations staff as appropriate to determine and resolve problems received from clients .
  • Experience configuring, deploying , and supporting Blackberrys, iPads, Androids, and Mobile Hot spots desirable but not a must .
  • General knowledge of network principles, concepts, and technologies applicable to hardware, software, and administration utilities Strong communication skills both verbally and in written .
  • Exhibit a high level of professionalism and excellent interpersonal skills . Strong relationship-building ability, proactive, results-oriented, and resourceful .
  • Ability to meet deadlines without compromising accuracy, excellent product quality and attention to detail Knowledge and experience with the following Hardware/Software/OS: GoToAssist, BMC Remedy, Alteris, Lotus Notes, MS Office Suite, WinMagic, Windows7, Windows XP, Blackberrys, Droids, iPads
