EXPERIS has an open position for an Analyst with the following requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in research and writing business/technical communications, knowledge development and management.
- Demonstrated track record for continuous learning and passion for social networking, blogging and engaging in discussion forums.
- Ability to work without significant guidance on day-to-day activities and cross-functionally via online collaboration tools.
- Excellent written and oral communication and meeting facilitation skills required.
- Strong evidence to work in dynamic work environment and ability to handle ambiguities and mitigate risks proactively.
- Good business acumen, organization skills and project management work style.
- Experience in web-based technologies, website administration, and collaboration technologies.

Responsibilities:
- Community Management Analyst will be responsible for executing all community-related activities
- Will work closely with the Community Manager to collaborate with Business Leads and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to plan, develop and publish content for Discussion Forums, facilitate and monitor questions and answers between Community members and SMEs, work closely with PoC Lead for Operations Support to address issues and feedback from PoC participants.
- Execute day-to-day operational activities across Community Management / Social Networking: Discussion Forums, Blogs, Videos
- Manage full lifecycle of content from development to retirement across Community Management
- Support Community Manager in planning Community activities, and ensure alignment with Strategy and Business Requirements
- Research topics and recommend content for Community with inputs from Community Manager, SMEs, and Business Leads
- Facilitate regular working and governance meetings with Community Managers, Business Leads and SMEs to review planned deliverables, work-progress and content

Education:
- University degree (BA/BS) required
