The Sage Group is looking for a Sr. Director of Paid Search. In this permanent position you will join the organization as a Senior Search guru and play a vital role in the daily management of paid and organic search optimization. It is an opportunity to have an impact on the business of on-line education marketing.
Responsibilities Include-
- Manage team of search professionals.
- Analyze current web page designs and code and work with the creative and development teams to implement recommended SEM/SEO changes.
- Manage the marketing team on content optimization and development.
- Manage and define Search forecasts.
- Manage vendor relationships relating to SEM/SEO-specific projects.
- Stay on top of changes in the search industry, providing compliance and efficiency.
-Partner with key cross-functional teams to ensure relevant organizational goals are factored into PPC Search and Facebook Ad projects.
Skills Required:
- Minimum 5+ years experience with SEM/SEO management and a BA/BS degree; MBA prefered
- Highly-motivated search engine marketer with a knowledge of search engine crawling, indexing and ranking algorithms
- SEM/SEO best practices
- Basic HTML, JavaScript, XML and content management systems as it relates to publishing content on the web
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail
- Excel, SQL, SAS experience
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and new campaigns simultaneously
- Strong communication skills and comfortable presenting to executive team
