Job Description
Robert Half International is seeking two Business Analyst/Product Manager – SFDC/CRM/SaaS for the Business Technology team. As Product Manager, you are core to each of our products/applications and participate in design, iteration, development, growth, analysis, conception of new ideas and features, triage and all other aspects of running a successful business. We take an experience-driven approach to nearly everything we build and obsessively optimize key metrics.
You must be a flexible, results-oriented, and experienced product leader. You will be able to both strategize with senior leaders on new product designs, ideas and features and work across the team with other product managers, users, developers and designers to build out the existing products/applications. You will be a creative and design driven product thinker, discriminating and analytical. You will be self-motivated and able to act with a high level of independence. You will be able to communicate effectively in highly technical conversations with engineers, in discussions about user experience with designers, and about product use with business partners and customers. Lastly, you will be responsible for helping to create product/application roadmaps in addition to setting and hitting aggressive product goals.
Specific Responsibilities:
• Identify opportunities and define product/application vision and strategy.
• Work directly with designers to conceive and create new products and enhance existing products/applications.
• Engage closely with the IT and Product Development teams to help determine the best technical implementation methods as well as a reasonable execution schedule.
• Motivate your team and set the pace for fast, iterative, Agile development.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, MIS or related area preferred.
• 4+ years� relevant work experience in business analysis or product/application management and supporting SaaS applications.
• Work experience in Salesforce.com or CRM, or contract management or e-Signature products such as Selectica, DocuSign and/or EchoSign and SaaS-based applications.
• Prior product/application design experience, including collaboration with stakeholders across internal and external organizations.
• Proven success in driving product/application strategy and product design.
• Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast paced environment.
• Distinctive problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills with the ability to evolve product/application strategy based on research, data and industry trends.
• Strong technical abilities.
