Contract ON SITE IT/Technical Recruiter position for Home Depot - largest home improvement retailer (Austin, Texas)

We are looking for a contract IT ‘sniper’/recruiter to focus on engineering and technical hiring. You’ll be tasked with building qualified applicant pipelines of hard-to-find candidates. We like to hire the best, which isn’t easy. We get that. That’s why we need you.
Responsibilities:
Utilize multiple recruiting sources and advanced sourcing techniques to identify candidates.
Source passive candidates through referrals, networking, internet searches, telephone and e-mail.
Screen candidates for availability, interest level, salary range, relocation needs, etc.
Requirements:
Exceptional customer service focus.
Very strong computer skills – including intermediate excel.
Proficient in ATS technologies – experience with LinkedIn Recruiter especially nice to have.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
Self-directed, creative and resourceful problem-solver with a passion for finding just the right candidate.
