Wind River Systems seeks a strong Sr. Human Resources Business Partner to support multiple client groups. This individual will be responsible for developing relationships with functional VPs and their leadership teams, understanding and responding to the business and HR needs of their client groups, day-to-day employee relations, coaching line managers, and implementation of performance management programs. This role will also be responsible for delivering leadership and professional development workshops as part of ongoing leadership development initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have deep employee relationship skills and will take a business partner approach in developing and maintaining a positive, consultative relationship with business leaders and HR team members to resolve employee issues. This person will provide advice and counsel, manage conflict resolutions, and develop/update related policies as needed. Experience with conducting internal investigations, including sexual harassment and/or discrimination and working closely with legal counsel when applicable is a must. In addition, the candidate must have experience leading local HR teams and partnering with business groups on strategic restructurings such as reductions in force (RIF), acquisitions and employee separations. Experience with facilitating training on key Employee Relations issues and ensuring adherence to and proper administration of the Performance Management Process is a plus. The ideal candidate will also have created and implemented HR programs to support leadership and employee development, designed and facilitated employee and leadership workshops, and implemented 360 degree feedback programs. Experience and certification with tools and research from the Center for Creative Leadership and/or Lominger International is a strong plus, as are excellent facilitation skills, experience, and training. Candidates who are light on the leadership development experience will be considered should they possess excellent presentation and facilitation skills and demonstrable interest in the field.

The Human Resources Business Partner will possess a BA/BS degree (or equivalent); 10+ years of Human Resources Generalist experience in a high-tech environment; excellent communication/presentation, rapport building, and general business skills; and a successful track record of developing and implementing high-impact human resources programs.
