International Consulting Group Marketing (www.icgmarcom.com), located in Silicon Valley, is seeking a well-qualified Senior Executive Communications Manager for our leading High Tech client.

Onsite at Client HQ – with some offsite flexibility. Silicon Valley/ South S.F. Bay Area.

Work Schedule / Employment Status: Initial period will be as a part-time consultant targeting 20 hours/week, with the opportunity to convert to a Full-time employee.

Consultant pay as a w-2 is D.O.E. Employee pay and benefits are highly competitive.

Description: The Executive Communications Manager will apply a global approach to drive the mode, type, and frequency of communications to maximize communications to sales/field teams. The consultant is responsible for managing executive communications programs and assisting with the creation and implementation of internal and external communications for the Senior V.P. of Worldwide Sales and Senior V.P. of Worldwide Field Operations. Function also supports the ad-hoc communications needs of sales leadership on a global level.

MUST HAVE:

• 8-plus years high tech corporate experience developing, managing and delivering executive/internal/corporate communications plans, initiatives, and programs using a wide range of online/offline communications vehicles, i.e. blogs, briefing documents, Club events, email, newsletters, presentations, speaking opportunity identification, social media, sponsorships, success stories, texts, videos, wikis, web, etc.

• Proven track record working effectively with executives and their highly professional representation

• Excellent writing, editing, and interviewing skills as demonstrated by previous work experience, as well as relevant writing and content samples

• Expertise with content; development, management, and delivery of a wide variety of executive communications to the field i.e. organizational announcements, presentation briefing materials, customer spotlights, email messages, sales events, speaker�s notes, and special writing assignments

•Proven experience with corporate social media including blogs, Facebook, Twitter, Chatter , etc.
• Communications and related writing background across broad business issues, product strategies and complex corporate initiatives

• Strong communication, organizational and project management skills, including cross-functional leadership capabilities and ability to participate on task teams

• Ability to multi-task and manage projects from creation to execution flawlessly, working collaboratively in a deadline-driven environment

• Ability to establish metrics and drive improvement through audience feedback. Analyze internal data and create reports measuring communication impact. Ability to measure and localize content and delivery channels

• Executive Communications experience supporting a Mid-size and/or Enterprise Company's global sales organization a plus

• Experience with executive communications for major corporate events

• Light domestic travel may be required

• BA/BS in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or related field. MBA a plus
