Job Description
Robert Half International is seeking a Curriculum Developer to team with Sr. Manager to implement and conduct training programs for Protiviti personnel. The Curriculum Developer will develop training manuals, facilitator guides, or other training aids as requested for online, self-study, web-based, and classroom mediums. Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) and colleagues to develop courses that are accurate, effective, and instructionally sound. May interact with mid -- senior level leadership. Ensure CPE-related programs meet standards. The Curriculum Developer will establish and effectively manage smaller project outlines and deadlines for development projects. The Developer will participate in pilot tests and revise content based on feedback, participate in facilitating training programs and related logistics, and administer Learning Systems, University, and related CPE credits.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor�s degree required, preferably in a related field.
• 3+ years� of experience in facilitation and/or developing training programs or business equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of Adult Learning Principles.
• Strong knowledge of written English with excellent verbal communication skills
• Experience producing training utilizing one or more specialized delivery modes, such as CBT or audio.
• Basic Project Management skills.
• Works well with other teams and all levels in an organization.
• Exercises excellent multi-tasking and project management skills to meet deadlines.
• Requires experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and some Project).
• Must be detailed orientated and comfortable with conducting administrative tasks.
• Position requires travel- Domestic travel estimated to be about 25% and International travel to be 2 times a year.
• Position requires ability to lift up to 10-15 lbs.
