Job Description:

We are looking for a senior, detail-oriented, energetic marketing professional to oversee and drive Intacct's digital marketing strategies and programs. Reporting to the VP of Corporate Marketing, the Director, Digital Marketing will lead the teams responsible for the corporate website, display advertising, and search engine marketing.

This is a challenging position that demands exceptional digital advertising expertise, search marketing acumen, a history of successful website marketing/development, and strong multi-tasking to meet our challenging demand generation and awareness goals.

Job Responsibilities:

• Search engine marketing:

o Extend Intacct's successful lead/opportunity acquisition strategy across search engines and PPC sources

o Oversee the team responsible for SEM programs: keyword discovery, keyword expansion, ad copy, ad grouping, landing page optimization, testing, and analysis

• Display Advertising:

o Develop and implement new advertising campaigns and concepts to build Intacct awareness

o Develop effective display campaigns, including banner ads, and retargeting, from concept to execution

o Work with external agency to test, monitor and optimize the delivery of ad campaigns from beginning to end, including both creative and media optimizations.

• Website:

o Oversee web team responsible for intacct.com corporate site, from strategy to concept to execution.

o Drive SEO initiatives including competitive keyword research, link analysis, link building, content development, and content optimization.

o Leverage web analytics to increase website traffic and conversion

• Develop and manage forecasts; implement strategies to achieve/exceed targets

• Stay current on industry trends and best practices

• Produce weekly reports outlining performance

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years in a hands-on marketing role (display advertising, SEM, SEO, website, etc.) and people management experience.

• Hands-on knowledge of best practices in SEM and a proven track-record of delivering qualified traffic from both an acquisition and conversion standpoint

• Demonstrated experience in managing website strategy from concept to execution.

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment

• Great attention to detail and focus on quality of results

• Proficiency with Google Analytics and Microsoft Excel is required

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills – must have both an interest and skill in analyzing and making meaning out of data and translating that in to actionable changes.

• Exceptional writing skills for developing effective and crisp campaign messaging

• Creative, high energy, innovative, proactive, and resourceful.

• BA/BS required. MBA preferred
