We are currently seeking a talented and highly motivated candidate with a training background to design, develop and deliver these programs for this exciting opportunity:

Position: Training Manager

Location: Bay area, California(Mountain View/Palo Alto area)

Position responsibilities:

• Coordinates, implements and conducts assigned training programs either in engineering or

in professional services

• Give regular presentations which include handouts, slides, video and share prior experience

• Facilitate role playing and interactive discussions as needed

• Prepare and determine training materials for publication, distribution and posting

• Monitor assigned programs for effectiveness and suitability, and identify and catalog and

integrate existing training content

• Maintain the training calendar on the intranet and as an internal reference resource, and

maintain documentation on participants who have registered for or completed programs.

• Handles logistics for on-site or remote training offerings including ordering of supplies and

food, room scheduling, set up and tear down

• Prepares course logistics documentation (door signs, sign in sheets, tent cards, certificates,

survey monkey evaluation form)

• Partner with different departments to launch and help assist in managing portions of the

company's new hire onboarding experience

Required skills and experience:

• 5+ years of experience in a training role in the business intelligence, financial planning

and/or analytics, and/or ERP software industries, with some prior experience teaching

engineering techniques or in the area professional services.

• Familiarity with basic and advanced concepts of business financials and financial roles and

responsibilities, and the use of financial applications

• Experience with "ADDIE" training model ( Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation,

Evaluation )

• Excellent verbal, presentation and communication skills

• Ability to facilitate training offerings and conduct interactive discussions

• Exhibit strong interpersonal, organizational, project management and negotiation skills with

a strong attention to details

• Maintains confidentiality of highly sensitive data

• Ability to manage multiple projects

• Interact with colleagues at all levels
