You will manage a strategic existing partnership to grow joint, business opportunities, ensure successful field level engagement, resolve business issues, and analyze and track key metrics to identify trends. You require relationship-building skills and the ability to clarify and summarize complex issues and attention to detail. You also possess analytical skills regarding contractual, technical and financial issues with partners and the ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels of management.<br /><br /> Job Responsibilities:<br /><br /> • Responsible for the overall partner success, including: day-day engagement, revenue growth targets and all day-day operations necessary to profitably retain, grow and service the partner <br /><br /> • Work with strategic partner accounts and sales group to maximize revenue potential <br /><br /> • Collaborate with partners to develop and execute against a go-to market strategy <br /><br /> • Support customer acquisition, conversion and retention targets for each partner account <br /><br /> • Help to deliver partner communications, develop joint collateral, and strategically manage joint events <br /><br /> • Be the primary point of contact for day-day field level engagement activities and bring in resources from sales, marketing, product, and support as necessary <br /><br /> • Become an expert on our product, our competition and the markets in which we compete <br /><br /> • Forecast pipeline and revenue from partners on a quarterly and annual basis <br /><br /> • Up to 60%+ travel <br /><br /> Job Requirements:<br /><br /> • BA/BS in marketing, business or related fields; MBA is highly desired<br /><br /> • Minimum of 8 – 10 years experience in a partner management, sales, or marketing related role in the technology sector <br /><br /> • Experience working with enterprise application providers (Salesforce.com, Concur, etc) <br /><br /> • Ability to establish and manage trusted relationships with senior business leaders <br /><br /> • Customer focused and a partner advocate <br /><br /> • Hands-on, self-directed executive who plans, prepares and executes professionally <br /><br /> • Ability to work well with limited supervision and with limited resources <br /><br /> • High energy, enthusiasm and initiative <br /><br /> • Experience working with Salesforce.com a plus <br /><br /> Intacct Corporation is an Equal Opportunity Employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment, as Intacct Corporation does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, disability, veteran status, sexual orientation or any other classification protected by Federal, state, or local law.<br /><br />
