Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is seeking a full-time, permanent Senior Graphic Designer for our technology client in Santa Clara, CA. Our client is redefining markets and changing the perception of enterprise software. Our client's cloud platform allows enterprise IT to bring together business strategy, application design and operations in a powerfully simple solution. This role requires experience leading creative trends and developing offline and online design including typography, visual concept, logo, print and PowerPoint. The ideal candidate is a highly organized self-starter with strong project management skills and the ability to manage projects from start to finish. Our ideal candidate is familiar with all stages of graphic production, from concept to completion. The Senior Graphic Designer will be required to work across all levels of the client's organization to ensure that requested projects meet global brand standards and are delivered on time and on budget.
Specific Responsibilities:
Partner with creative design team to determine best practices that support and align with clients' marketing communications
Create and produce design solutions for various communication channels (web, events, demand generation, etc.)
Design elements for client website: creation of homepage graphics and flipbooks animations
Manage timing and deliverables for multiple projects simultaneously
Act as Brand Steward and maintain brand standards across all completed design work
Skills:
8-10 years of graphic design and creative experience, with experience in all creative disciplines (conceptual and executional) is required
4+ years of digital design experience is required
Experience within a creative services team and/or agency is required
Understanding of technology marketing industry and demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced technology environment is required
Demonstrated work experience leading creative trends, online and offline design
Experience managing multiple projects; timelines and deadlines
Diverse, demonstrated portfolio of design work
Ability to recommend innovative design ideas/solutions
Strong understanding of brand standards and prior experience partnering with brand organizations; experience maintaining brand standards on design work/solutions
Detail oriented, well organized with the ability to thrive in a deadline driven environment
Conceptual thinker and clear communicator, strong creative consultative capabilities and influential thought leadership
Advanced Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); must have proficiency in Flash, Dreamweaver and Bridge
Advanced HTML, Eloqua, CSS and Microsoft Office Suite; must have proficiency in PowerPoint, Word and Excel
Sample design work will be required
BA/BFA in Graphic Design or similar strongly preferred
SALARY: D.O.E. as a full time/permanent employee of our client
LOCATION: Onsite at client's headquarters in Santa Clara, CA. No phone calls, please. Local SF Bay Area candidates only.
