The Sage Group is seeking a Marketing Content Project Manager to support the Senior Director of Marketing and Creative Operations for an international beauty retailer. This position is a blend of marketing, creative, and IT. Working with a Digital Asset Management System (DAMS), that has infrastructure set up, you will load content in the tool, clean it up, and work cross functionally to make this happen. You will have proficiency with Adobe EQ and Excel. You will use Excel to build a Unified Marketing Calendar for the Social Media Team and other teams. We are looking for a self-starter that is resourceful, works well cross functionally, and can manage their time with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities will include:

Work with established Digital Asset Management tool to review, organize and load key content from several functional groups. Serve as a "librarian" of all key content relating to marketing and creative projects.

Develop roadmap to manage tool and content.

Develop unified marketing calendar by merging, editing key information in various Excel files.

Manage the internal tool of thought leadership assets (e.g. whitepapers, reports, infographics, videos) for use/consumption by internal stakeholder groups through DAM tool.

Record, manage and measure the utilization of content across various marketing and communications channels

Provide project management assistance for marketing and creative operations team.

Position Requirements

3-5 years marketing/creative experience.

Superior project management and organizational skills

Strong communications skills, both written and verbal

Experience working with multiple marketing disciplines

Ability to work on multiple projects at once, set priorities, work independently, problem solve, improvise, and function as part of a team that often must perform under pressure

Demonstrated ability to work across organizational boundaries and broad range of peers and executives

Ability to embrace change and adapt to a dynamic business with changing needs and priorities

Proficiency with MS Office applications, including Excel.

Proficiency with Adobe EQ



Timing: Immediate

Duration: 6 Months with the possibility to convert to perm

Location: SF, CA
