Position: Senior Product Manager
Location: Bay area, California(Mountain View/Palo Alto area)
Position description:
In this exciting role the Senior Product Manager is responsible for managing product integrations between the company and partner applications.
Position responsibilities:
• Work closely with sales and partner organizations to identify opportunities for integrating company applications with those from partners and to understand their business requirements.
• Be responsible for integration implementations. Work with cross-functional teams from engineering and professional services to execute implementations.
• Support the partner organization in establishing and nurturing relationships with those partners deemed strategic to the company's business.
• Work in an outbound capacity to provide both data and application integration expertise in support of sales and partner opportunities.
• Maintain a prioritized backlog of product requirements for partner integrations.
• Optionally, identify and write requirements for additional APIs required to meet customer and partner needs.
Required skills:
• Minimum 4-5+ years' experience in product management or software professional services with a recent focus on partner integration.
• Working knowledge of Web Services, APIs, Cloud Security, ETL and Data Warehousing.
• Experience with at least one enterprise SaaS application such as those from Salesforce, Netsuite, Intacct, Zuora, etc.
• Strong communications and presentation skills with the ability to work closely with both internal and external customers
• Passion for solving difficult problems with creative and novel solutions.
• Hands-on experience with authoring product documentation and presentations.
• Prior experience with building integrations between SaaS applications is a huge plus.
• Ability to travel as needed
• BS/BA degree required, preferably in a technical discipline; MBA desirable
